Contest Rules and Regulations
“Christmas Contest – Cascina Fiorita”
Art. 1 – Promoting Entity
The contest is promoted by Cascina Fiorita, located at Via Vernetto 5, 14013 Castellero (AT), owned by Valerio Musica (hereinafter “Owner” or “Organizer”).
Art. 2 – Contest Name
The contest is named “Christmas Contest – Cascina Fiorita”.
Art. 3 – Duration
The contest runs from November 18, 2025, to January 6, 2026, inclusive.
The winner will be drawn by January 8, 2026.
Art. 4 – Geographic Scope
The contest is open to individuals who complete the online survey made available through the website www.cascinafiorita.it or its affiliated social media channels.
Art. 5 – Eligibility and Entry Requirements
The following may enter the contest:
- Adults (18 years of age or older at the time of entry).
- Residents in Italy or abroad.
Each person may enter only once. In the event of multiple entries by the same person, only a single entry will be considered valid.
Art. 6 – How to Enter
To participate in the contest, entrants must:
- Access the online survey associated with the contest.
- Complete all mandatory sections of the questionnaire.
- Consent to the processing of personal data by ticking the appropriate box.
Participation is free of charge (only standard internet connection fees apply).
Art. 7 – Prize
The prize consists of a weekend getaway for 2 people at Cascina Fiorita (a 2-night stay in accommodation selected by the Owner, subject to availability).
Terms and conditions of prize use:
- The weekend stay must be agreed upon in advance with the Owner of Cascina Fiorita.
- The stay is subject to availability, excluding the following periods:
- national holidays and long weekends;
- the Christmas and New Year period;
- any other peak season or fully booked dates, at the Owner's discretion.
- The prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other services.
- The prize is personal; any transfer to third parties may only take place prior to mutual agreement with the Owner.
Any travel expenses, transfers, meals not explicitly included, and extra services remain at the winner's expense.
Art. 8 – Winner Drawing
By January 8, 2026, a random drawing will take place among all valid entries received by January 6, 2026, to determine the winner.
The drawing may be conducted digitally or manually, ensuring full randomness and impartiality.
One or more reserve names may also be drawn, to be used in the event the winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize.
Art. 9 – Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address (or alternative contact detail) provided in the survey form.
The winner must:
- Reply to the notification message within 7 days of receipt;
- Confirm acceptance of the prize.
In the event of a failure to reply within the aforementioned timeframe, the prize may be awarded to an alternate participant.
Should the alternate participants also prove unreachable or decline the prize, the Owner reserves the right not to award the prize.
Art. 10 – Processing of Personal Data (Privacy)
Personal data provided by entrants will be processed by the Owner in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
- Data will be used exclusively for: a) contest management; b) anonymous statistical analysis of survey results; c) any marketing communications only if the entrant provides explicit, separate consent.
- Providing your details is optional, but required in order to take part in the contest.

Art. 11 – Liability
The Data Controller cannot be held responsible for:
- any technical issues, malfunctions, or interruptions affecting IT systems,
- incorrect submission of details by participants,
- email addresses that are inactive or no longer in use.
In any event, the Data Controller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest should extraordinary circumstances make it necessary, without affecting any rights already acquired by participants.
Art. 12 – Acceptance of the rules
Taking part in the contest implies the participant's full acceptance of all terms and conditions set out in these rules.
